Pan London Trauma Research Showcase

This pan London research event aims to showcase some of the trauma research being conducted by fellows, trainees, nurses, paramedics and therapists within the trauma system. The format includes 20 multispecialty rapid fire research presentations and a key note address on the impact of trauma research from the pan London Major Trauma System.

Inaugural NaTRIC meeting

NaTRIC is a new (Feb 2018) national trauma research collaborative. It is a trainee led initiative to support doctors, nurses, paramedics and allied health professionals deliver national research projects.
NaTRIC is the National Trauma Research & Innovation Collaborative. This has been set up to support doctors, nurses, paramedics, and allied health professionals deliver national research projects. Research collaborations have been successful in surgery and anaesthesia and have led to the completion of multiple projects leading to publication. This is the first pan-discipline group to focus specifically on trauma.
The group hope that by engaging with the regional trauma networks (both in London and the wider UK) they will be able to conduct some large and clinically meaningful projects that will help shape the way trauma care is delivered in the UK. NaTRIC are hosting their inaugural meeting on Wednesday 13thof June at The Robin Brooks Centre, London, EC1A. You can register for tickets here.
