Rehabilitation and function post Trauma (RaFT) three-day short course is aimed at AHPs working with trauma patients in an MTC, TU or community setting.

This programme was developed by the pan London Trauma Rehabilitation group and is delivered by the London Trauma School https://www.londontraumaschool.com/

Course content

Day 1 - Trauma systems, networks, national audits and governance. Management of poly trauma and the implication on rehabilitation assessment, pathways, multi team and agency working.
Day 2 - Psychological Implications of trauma rehabilitation and the physiology of healing following major trauma.
Day 3 - After trauma recovery and return to meaningful activity and the future of major trauma systems, research and evaluation for improvement
