Mr Ash Vasireddy

I am a Consultant Orthopaedic Trauma Surgeon and work at King's College Hospital, London. My specialist interest is in Orthopaedic Trauma (upper limb, lower limb, pelvis and acetabular fractures). I completed by Orthopaedic Registrar training in the South East Thames region. In addition, I completed my main Orthopaedic Trauma Fellowship at Queen's Medical Centre under the guidance of Prof Chris Moran. I have also been fortunate in completing Observerships at a number of North American Level-1 Trauma Centres that include Massachusetts General in Boston, MetroHealth in Cleveland and Harborview in Seattle. I have completed other posts in Intensive Care Medicine, Emergency Medicine and Anaesthetics.

I also work as an current Pre-hospital Care Doctor and have worked for London's Air Ambulance in the past. I now work for Essex & Herts Air Ambulance Trust. In addition, I also work as a Lecturer for the Institute of Pre-hospital Care at London's Air Ambulance.

I feel honoured and privileged to be part of the MSc faculty and am very grateful to Kash Akhtar for the opportunity.

Outside of work, I try to spend as much time as possible at home with my darling wife and two cheeky children.
