FRAIL-T is a pan London Trauma System and Wessex Trauma Network multi-site study which aims to determine if it is possible to accurately assess frailty in the Emergency Department (ED) in patients aged 65 or more admitted following major trauma. This assessment will be validated within 72 hours via a trauma-geriatrician.
