Sherry M. Wren MD, FACS
I believe that surgery lacks a presence in global health agendas because it is perceived as a costly luxury item and requires more trained personnel. Reflecting my passion for global access to and the enhancement of general surgery, I focus my ‘external’ educational and surgical training activities in Africa, as well as providing support for the international distance-learning MSc Trauma Sciences at QMUL.
